Rewrite your Past and Regain your Future.
Do you ever feel stuck in the past?
Replaying those difficult memories over and over?
You know the ones. They leave you feeling stuck, anxious, distant and cold.
Reclaim Your Life Without Reliving the Pain.
With ART, you’re in the driver’s seat. You’re in control.
It doesn’t even require that you talk about what’s bothering you.
As a man, you're often expected to shoulder burdens silently, to "man up" and move on. But some experiences leave deeper scars—memories that replay in your mind, emotions that flare without warning, and a lingering sense of disconnection.
Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) offers a path forward. It's a short-term, evidence-based approach designed to help you process and resolve distressing memories without the need to delve into every painful detail.
What if just ONE session could change everything?
Fast, Focused Relief Without Rehashing the Past.
What Is Accelerated Resolution Therapy?
Accelerated Resolution Therapy combines elements of traditional psychotherapy with techniques like eye movements and image rescripting to help your brain reprocess traumatic memories. The goal is to reduce the emotional charge of these memories, so they no longer trigger intense reactions.
Unlike some therapies that require you to talk extensively about your trauma, ART allows you to control how much you share. It's a directive, interactive process that focuses on helping you feel better quickly and sustainably
You don’t even need to share “the thing”.
You’re in the driver’s seat. You’re in control.

What to Expect:
Our work together will begin with a comprehensive intake session to understand your unique experiences and goals. ART sessions are typically 60-75 minutes and can lead to noticeable improvements in just 1-5 sessions.
Throughout the process, you'll remain in control, choosing how much or how little you wish to share. My role is to guide you through the technique, ensuring a safe and supportive environment.
You don’t have to spend another day reliving the pain.
Rewrite your Past and Regain your Future.
Accelerated Resolution Therapy can help you Change the Way Your Mind Stores the Past.
You don’t have to feel so stuck, trapped in these old memories.
Some memories don’t fade — they stay sharp, raw, and reactive. That’s not a sign of weakness. It’s just that your brain didn’t get the chance to fully process what happened. Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) helps finish what your brain couldn’t do on its own — taking the emotional sting out of painful experiences and giving you space to move forward.
With ART, we don’t need to dig through every detail of your trauma. You stay in the driver’s seat. My role is to guide you through a structured process that helps your brain rewire how those memories are stored. In just a few sessions — sometimes as few as 1 to 5 — we can change how those memories live in your body and mind.
You’ll learn how to recognize the images and physical responses that trigger distress, and how to replace them with ones that bring relief. You’ll still remember what happened — but it won’t carry the same emotional charge. The flashbacks, the tension, the mental loops — they loosen their grip.
And it doesn’t stop there. I’ll equip you with tools you can use outside of session — simple, repeatable techniques to help calm your nervous system, manage anxiety, and get better sleep.
ART doesn’t just resolve trauma — it clears the way for stronger relationships, more connected parenting, clearer communication, and a greater sense of control. It's not about reliving the past — it’s about rewriting the impact it has on your present.
How it’ll Work
We’ll begin with a thorough intake session where I get to know you, what you’re carrying, and what you’re hoping to change. This is your space to ask questions, talk through concerns, and set clear goals.
Together, we’ll create a plan that not only guides our work but helps us track your progress in a way that feels meaningful and practical.

If you’re looking to make steady progress over time, we can meet weekly or every other week for 50- or 80-minute sessions, depending on what fits best for your pace and goals. ART sessions are typically 80 minutes to allow enough time for deep work and full resolution during each appointment.
-
If you’re looking for faster results, a therapy intensive might be a better fit. Think of it as a focused dose of therapy in a shorter time frame — ideal for when you want to go deep and see meaningful progress without stretching it out over weeks or months. I offer 1- and 2-day intensives designed to bring real relief and clarity. Click here to learn more.

If you’re already working with another therapist and finding that work helpful — that’s great. Accelerated Resolution Therapy can serve as a focused add-on to help you break through a stuck point or move more quickly through a specific issue. ART can be offered as adjunct therapy, either through a few targeted sessions or as part of a one- or two-day intensive, while you continue your ongoing work.
