Helping Men Create the Change They’ve Been Waiting For.

I know what it’s like to carry more than you say out loud—trying to hold it all together while quietly wondering how much longer you can keep going.

Many men don’t see therapy as an option until they’ve exhausted every other path.

My goal is to make it a space you actually want to step into: one that’s real, useful, and built for the way you operate.

The Reason I Do This Work:

At the core of my approach to therapy is a belief that real change happens when men have a space to be honest—without judgment, without pressure, and without the expectation to “just deal with it.

Too often, men are told to push through, tough it out, or handle things on their own. But white-knuckling your way through life doesn’t fix what’s really going on—it just buries it deeper. Therapy should be a place where you can finally get real about what’s not working, figure out why, and do something about it.

My approach is straightforward, no-fluff, and focused on results. That means we’re not just sitting in a room talking in circles. We’re working through the patterns that keep you stuck, giving you the tools to handle life differently, and making sure the changes you make actually last.

You don’t have to prove anything here. You don’t have to have it all figured out before you walk in the door. You just have to be willing to show up, be honest, and put in the work. If you're ready to start, I’m here to help.

Therapy with me is

Conversational & Direct – No vague nodding or endless "How does that make you feel?" loops. Expect real conversations and honest feedback.

Action-Oriented – We don’t just talk about what’s wrong—we work on concrete strategies to help you move forward.

A Space to Be Real – No judgment, no need to filter yourself. You don’t have to have it all figured out before you show up.

Built for Men Like You – Whether you’re a first responder, a new dad, or just a guy trying to navigate life, therapy is tailored to your experiences, not a one-size-fits-all approach.

Therapy with me is not

A Passive Venting Session – While I give space for what’s on your mind, therapy isn’t just about talking—it's about making meaningful change.

Forced Vulnerability – You don’t have to spill your deepest emotions right away. We work at your pace, with tools that make sense for you.

A Quick Fix – Real change takes time, effort, and commitment. If you're looking for a one-time solution, therapy might not be the right fit.

A One-Size-Fits-All Approach – I don’t do cookie-cutter therapy. Your challenges, strengths, and goals shape the work we do together.

What You Can Expect From Me:

In my office—or online—you get straightforward conversation, genuine understanding, and a plan designed for you. Whether you’re a first responder, a dad, or simply ready for something different, I’ll meet you where you are and help you move toward where you want to be.

1. Real Conversations

You don’t need a therapist who just nods and asks, “How does that make you feel?” You need honest conversations that actually help you figure things out. That’s what we do here. We'll cut through the noise and get to the heart of what's going on.

2. Actionable Strategies

Understanding your patterns is important, but knowing why you do something isn’t enough—you need to know what to do next. Therapy should give you practical tools to make real changes. Beyond understanding, we'll develop practical tools to navigate your challenges.

3. Lasting Change

A lot of men wait until things are falling apart before reaching out. You don’t have to hit rock bottom to start working on yourself. If something isn’t working, that’s reason enough to change it. Our work focuses on sustainable skills that support long-term positive change in both personal and professional realms.

  • I’m not here to nod along and let the clock run out. I’m here to challenge you, back you up, and give you tools that work outside of the session.

Our work blends practical strategies with deeper reflection—helping you tackle the problems you see and the ones you’ve been avoiding.

    I draw from:

    • Internal Family Systems (IFS) to make sense of the different parts of yourself.

    • Existential Therapy to find clarity and meaning in your life.

    • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help you act in line with your values.

    • Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) to resolve trauma and painful memories without reliving them.

  • I specialize in Men’s Mental Health, First Responders, Fatherhood, and Men Struggling in Relationships because men deserve a space where they can be real about what they’re facing—without judgment, without pressure, and without feeling like they have to explain themselves.

    • Men’s Mental Health – Whether it’s stress, anger, anxiety, or just feeling stuck, I help men cut through the noise and get real solutions that actually work.

    • First Responders – You handle pressure, trauma, and responsibility daily. I provide a space where you can unload, process, and build resilience without the usual therapy clichés.

    • Fatherhood – From new dads figuring it out to seasoned fathers juggling it all, I help men navigate the identity shifts, stress, and challenges that come with being a dad.

    • Men Struggling in Relationships – Your partner has encouraged you to work on yourself, and maybe you’re realizing they’re right. You don’t want to lose your relationship, but you also don’t know how to fix what’s not working. I help men understand themselves in relationships, break out of unhelpful patterns, and show up in a way that actually builds connection.

Whatever’s bringing you here, we’ll tackle it head-on. You don’t have to do this alone.
